I’ll have a Sarsaparilla! Wow, it’s been a very long time since anyone has said that in a restaurant or bar. Sarsaparilla has wintergreen, vanilla and licorice flavors that are also present in today’s rootbeer. Why not get back to those original roots with this creamy concoction?
-2 oz dark spiced rum
-2 oz VIVIC Sarsaparilla Sparkling Coffee
-4 oz root beer
-1 to 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- Add the rum, VIVIC coffee, and root beer, gently stirring to mix.
- Top the drink off with the Baileys, stirring gently to mix. Serve immediately!
