I’ll have a Sarsaparilla! Wow, it’s been a very long time since anyone has said that in a  restaurant or bar. Sarsaparilla has wintergreen, vanilla and licorice flavors that are also present in today’s rootbeer. Why not get back to those original roots with this creamy concoction?


-crushed ice

-2 oz dark spiced rum

-2 oz VIVIC Sarsaparilla Sparkling Coffee

-4 oz root beer

-1 to 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur


  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice. 
  2. Add the rum, VIVIC coffee, and root beer, gently stirring to mix. 
  3. Top the drink off with the Baileys, stirring gently to mix. Serve immediately!
