For those of you that have a sweet tooth, this drink is an indulgent coffee drink packed with ice cream, caramel, and chocolate.  You could say that it is true caffeinated bliss and an amazing way to beat the heat. Introducing the Caramel Coffee Float made with sparkling coffee!


-½ cup VIVIC Sarsaparilla Sparkling Coffee (chilled)

-Kings Cupboard Organic Caramel Sauce 

– 2 scoops Three Twins Sea Salted Ice Cream

-Whipped Cream (for garnish, optional)

– Hazelnuts, Pecans, or Walnuts (chopped, for garnish, optional)


  1. Drizzle caramel syrup in the coffee cups. 
  2. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in the coffee cups, then pour in the VIVIC coffee. 
  3. Top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, and more caramel syrup. 
  4. Bon Appetit! Substitute caramel ice cream with your favorite flavor for a twist on this coffee float.
