This refreshing beverage brings a bit of fizz and sweetness to your warm-weather parties. No celebration is complete without them. 

Recipe:

-crushed ice

-1 oz vodka 

-3 oz VIVIC Lavender Sparkling Coffee

– ½ cup lavender sugar

-1 cup blueberries (plus additional for ice cubes)

-juice from one lime

Instructions: 

  1. Freeze blueberries either as is, in the freezer or placing them in ice cube trays filled with water and freezing them into ice cubes. 
  2. Combine 1 cup of blueberries, lavender sugar, and 1 cup of water into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min until the mixture begins to thicken. 
  3. Strain mixture to extract the juice. 
  4. Fill glass half full of blueberry ice cubes. Add 1 tbs of blueberry syrup, 1 oz. vodka, 3 oz VIVIC sparkling coffee and lime juice. (if needed, top with club soda for extra fizz.)
