VIVIC evolved from passion, purpose, and a deep love for extraordinary coffee.

Our concept is as direct and clear as the coffee we brew: a process steeped in integrity, combining ancient wisdom and modern creativity.

Starting with direct trade coffee beans from our partners in El Salvador, we brew VIVIC with pure spring water, add a hint of licorice, and just 8 grams of organic cane sugar as the base ingredients.

Next, we infuse quality roots and botanicals to create innovative flavor combinations, carbonate and can our coffee, and ship it to our distributors, who deliver it to a store near you!

The Team

Graham Gould

A connoisseur of the unusual, Graham was enjoying escargot at age six and crafting complex, intuitive dinners by his early twenties.

Growing up with a Swedish stepmom who was an astonishing cook, he was intrigued by offbeat flavor combinations. As a beverage developer, Graham’s refined ability to perceive nuanced flavors led him to create dozens of imaginative coffee recipes — but his earlier employers balked at bringing these signature drinks to market.

For Graham, it was a defining moment. He and Louis launched VIVIC, reimagining what a healthy, carbonated coffee beverage could be.

When he’s not developing new VIVIC recipes, Graham creates intuitive art and is teaching himself piano.

Louis Abruzzese

For Louis, “flavor variation” is fundamental. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he apprenticed at Napa Valley’s iconic The French Laundry, later launching a catering business and his own wine label.

After dipping his toes into corporate finance, Louis pivoted to pursue his passion: cooking. Following five years as chef and restaurant manager at Glen Ellen Star, he was exploring new creative directions when he met Graham.

The perfect blend, Graham develops VIVIC’s artisan flavors while Louis brainstorms innovative enhancements, such as using licorice root as a healthy alternative sweetener.
